1 - ALEVERE THERAPY - Medically-Supervised Weight Loss

Alevere is a highly effective weight loss treatment delivering predictable, safe and rapid results, under the professional medical supervision of dedicated doctors, without the need for surgery or prescription drugs. Alevere is available across the UK at a network of independent medical clinics and our clinic is the local doctor-led clinic licensed to provide the treatment in Southampton and south Hampshire.

Alevere combines highly specialised nutritional therapy and foods, with the latest non-surgical machine-based weekly in-clinic treatments to restore body shape and skin elasticity as you lose the weight as well as medical monitoring blood tests.

2 - CONSULTATIONS FOR PRESCRIPTION BASED TREATMENTS

Under the care of our medical doctor, we are able to offer a range of prescription-based medications and treatments that can support your weight loss goals. Your eligibility for each treatment will be assessed during a full initial medical consultation with Dr Xavier who will be able to assess your suitability for a treatment and he will provide you with a personalised treatment plan. You have no doubt seen treatments such as weight loss injections (injector pens) like Saxenda™ (Liraglutide), and Wegovy™ (Semaglutide) and Mounjaro™ (Tirzepatide) and indeed others, all over social media and the press BUT as with all prescription medicines, the risks of side-effects are possible, and these need to be considered as part of assessing your suitability for and benefits from any prescription treatment.

3 - OUR ESSENTIALS30 PLAN - What Every Body Needs!

Our Essentials30 plan is a comprehensive healthy living programme that embraces the power of a well-established '30-days to healthy living' programme and combines it with guidance from our experienced clinic team to help you reach your health goals.

Typical weight loss results: Around half a stone per month (simply repeat the programme until you reach your desired healthier weight).

Essentials30 plan is not a medically supervised treatment like Alevere, but you are medically supported. The weight loss is slightly slower, but you are provided with personal nutritional support and assistance (in person or via zoom) with our certified nutritionist as well as a simple step-by-step guide, and optional access to a supportive Facebook group for daily motivation and a sense of community. Of course, what you bring to the table is your willpower and desire for a more healthful life.

4 - NUTRIGEN™ DNA TEST

We are pleased to offer the NutriGen™ DNA test which can tell you how your body is genetically pre-disposed to respond to different foods. This innovative genetic test is from a simple mouth swab and helps you to identify specific areas of your diet and nutrients intake that may be affecting you. This means that you can plan your diet to improve your health in an individualised way instead of simply following the law of averages.

The test report that you receive includes an overview of the genetic analysis, intolerances, the optimal type of diet, vitamin deficiency risk and the recommended supplements, allowing for a quick and easy interpretation of your nutrigenomic profile. 5 - AQUALYX - FAT DISSOLVING INJECTIONS

Aqualyx is an injectable treatment that targets localised areas of fat, that are under the skin but lie above the muscle, which are often resistant to exercise and diet. It is not a treatment for general weight loss but can help to reshape areas where stubborn fat persists.

You may pay close attention to a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly and eating well, but that one pad of fat that troubles you most will not disappear! The cause for this lies within our genetics and the special structure of our fat cells in certain areas. The human body naturally stores fat in order to supply energy in times of restraint. Fat cells located in the subcutaneous fat tissue are difficult to diminish, because only their contents and overall volume can be altered, but not the fat cells themselves.

These particular fat cells cannot be reduced, and they continuously serve as a reliable depot for the body to store fat. The treatment uses ultrasound waves to warm the targeted problem area and treat the underlying fatty tissue.
